Personal data supplied by the User will be stored in a special IT database, to allow access to the required services. 
The data controller is Lisa S.p.A., with registered office in Veniano (CO), Via per Fenegrò no. 26. 

LISA S.p.A., as responsible for the data processing, informs that the email address  required upon registration and the other personal details supplied, will be processed with the interested party's consent, in order to supply required information to the User. 
Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative  Decree  June 30th, 2003, n. 196 (Code regulating personal data processing), the User has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal details referred to him/her, even if not recorded yet, and their communication in a comprehensible form. Moreover, the User has the right to obtain the following information:

  • origin of personal details;
  • aims and methods of processing;
  • applied logic in case of processing through electronic devices;
  • personal data of the owner, of people in charge and the representative appointed pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree June 30th, 2003, n. 196;
  • persons or category of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as representative appointed on the State territory, people in charge or appointees.

Moreover, the User is entitled to obtain what follows:

  • updating, correction or, when interested, integration of data;
  • cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of unlawfully processed data, included those whose retention is not required for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  • statement that the operations referred to in the above points have been communicated, also with reference to their content, to those personal data have been communicated or disclosed to, save for the case where such fulfillment is impossible or implicates the employment of a quantity of resources manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

In the end, the User is entitled to object, in whole or partly:

  • for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data regarding him/her, even if pertaining to the collection purpose;
  • to the processing of personal data regarding him/her so as to send advertising materials for the direct sale or the carrying out of market researches or commercial communications.
