PRINCIPLES AND PROCEDURES

Lisa SPA conducts its business according to a vision based on values of responsibility, ethics, integrity, fairness, transparency and legality in the awareness that this is reflected in the objectives and reputation of the Company and the Group, generating value and meeting the highest expectations of its stakeholders.

CODE OF ETHICS

The Code of Ethics sets out the general principles inspiring the performance and conduct of activities; it indicates the objectives and the values informing the company's activities, with reference to the main stakeholders with whom Lisa SPA interacts on a daily basis. All those who operate in Italy and abroad on behalf of or in favour of Lisa SPA, or who have business relations with the same ("Addressees of the Code"), including Agents and Intermediaries, each one within the scope of his/her functions and responsibilities, are required to comply with the principles and prescriptions contained in the Code.

ORGANISATIONAL MODEL  “231”

The Organisation and Management Model is a document that forms part of the supervisory infrastructure required under Legislative Decree 231/2001. The Model – providing it is adequately monitored – exempts the legal entity from liability and also provides an indispensable guide for all employees and collaborators. It sets out clear codes of conduct, control schemes and measures to prevent crimes and corrupt practices as far as possible.

LISA SPA provides collaborators, suppliers, customers, all its Stakeholders and, more generally, the public with a channel to report commissioned or omissive behavior by anyone carried out in LISA SPA, in relations with it or on its behalf that constitutes or may constitute a violation, or inducement to a violation in the matter of laws and/or regulations, principles enshrined in the "Code of Ethics " LISA SPA, and/or may directly or indirectly result in economic, financial or reputational damage for LISA SPA.
