The Production

THE PRODUCTION. THE PRODUCTION. THE PRODUCTION.

THE PRODUCTION

Our warehouses always contain million meters of fabric of over 300 different varieties, waiting to be printed.

But transferring a design onto fabric is a delicate operation, especially when proceeding at a rate of tens of thousands of meters per day.

Errors are not permitted in the transition from project to product: for this reason technology is key, combined with highly specialized skills and more than 40 years of experience in fabric printing.

QUALITY

Whether natural, man-made or synthetic fibers, our fabrics are selected to ensure the best quality, safety, and durability.

T-shirts, shirts, pants, or jackets, garments made with our printed fabrics resist tearing, warping, and they wash better, with exceptional color stability.

For a superior aesthetic, feel, and wearability.

PRINTING DEPARTMENT

The productive heart at Lisa is the great Print Factory of Martinengo, a true example of industrial textile excellence in the Italian and international landscape.

There you’ll find six presses with a capacity of more than 100,000 meters of printed material per day, in addition to seven brand new inkjet presses for digital printing.

Every minute, about 72 yards of fabric are printed with our designs, that then pass through special washes, steams, stenters and finishes before becoming the precious raw material for the big names in fashion.

PRODUCT SAFETY

Fabric is like a second skin, and as a skin it also has the task of protection.

We work to this goals every day, performing research, tests and experiments on materials and technologies, to ensure maximum compatibility between industrial production and the safety of people and the ecosystem.

That's why all our fabrics carry the OEKO-TEX® label, certifying the absence of potentially harmful substances, an extra guarantee for protecting people and the environment.

QUALITY CONTROL

A good product never happens by accident. It's always the result of careful, painstaking work, where no aspect is overlooked.

That's why, before we start printing, we analyze the raw fabric to verify that each batch has the appropriate characteristics and meets the customer's needs.

It is precise and constant work, involving all production stages in chemical, fitness and mechanical testing, right up to the final visual check on a computerized mirror.
